Structure and working principle
- Basic components: variable frequency feeder, single-shaft paddle conditioner, Siemens motor, gear box, granulation chamber.
- Working Principle: The well-mixed powdered chicken feed and premix are fed into the conditioner through the variable frequency feeder. The conditioner is connected to the boiler, and the steam is fed into the conditioner for material curing, gelatinizing and sterilizing. After the conditioner is completed, the material enters into the pelleting chamber through the feeding drum. Under the action of the rollers and ring die, the materials are extruded out from the die holes and cut off by the cutter, and finally made into the required chicken feed pellets.

Variable frequency feeder

Single-axis paddle conditioner

Thermometer
There is a thermometer below the conditioner. The thermometer displays the temperature of the steam as it enters the conditioner. The temperature of chicken feed is controlled at about 80℃. When the temperature is low or high, you can adjust the valve.
Ring die
The ring die opening rate of RICHI chicken feed pellet making machine reaches 100%, which can ensure the capacity and effect of granulation. In addition, the forged clamp fixed ring die is not only strong and durable, but also convenient to disassemble.
Manual feed port
There is a manual feed port on one side of the granulation chamber, it can play a by-pass role. A door handle is attached to control its opening and closing. Materials that cannot be modulated at high temperature can be directly entered into the pelletizing chamber from the manual feed port.
Cutter observation hole
The cutter observation hole is arranged in the pelletizing outer shell. Without disassembly, the distance between the cutter and the ring die can be seen through the observation hole. This is very convenient for adjusting the length of chicken feed pellets.
