How Does the wood granulator machine Work?

The working principle of the wood granulator mainly involves the use of mechanical pressure and friction to press wood chips, sawdust, and other wood waste into uniform-shaped and high-density pellets.

  • Firstly, the forced feeding screw device transports the raw materials stably to the granulation chamber.
  • In the granulation chamber, the highly efficient pressing rollers and molds work together to compress and extrude the raw materials under mechanical pressure, forming regular cylindrical pellets.
  • After the pellets are formed, they are cut to the desired length by the automatic cutting device, and finally discharged by the lifting device and enter the cooling and packaging processes.
