01 Air cannon
The feeding pit, the sawdust buffer bin, and the storage bin after drying are equipped with air cannons. Because the wood sawdust is light, the air cannon can prevent the sawdust from arching. This design can eliminate a lot of cleaning trouble in wood pellet production, and still maintain the capacity of wood pellet production line.
02 Iron and impurity removal section
The main raw material for Romanian customer is beech sawdust, which does not need to be crushed again, but a large number of wood sawdust will contain iron filings or impurities. We set up a separate feeding mechanism for our customers in the feeding section, equipped with hanging iron remover and screening equipment. This design can remove iron filings and impurities, thus protecting the machine in the rear section. This design also allows wood sawdust and wood chips to be placed separately, saving the power of the crushing section. For customers with different raw materials, this design is very good. So we often design solutions according to the specific situation to maximize the cost performance of our customers’ wood pellet plants.
03 Crushing section – wood crushing machine, negative pressure ventilation system
We have chosen a wood crushing machine for our customers, chipping and crushing can be done with only one machine. Saves the customer’s cost, but also saves the footprint of the complete wood pellet plant. If you use drum chipper and drop type hammer mill, you can also, but the budget will be relatively expensive. If the customer has more logs, he can choose.
The negative pressure induced air system is used to pump the pulverized wood sawdust to the buffer bin, which can also play the role of dust removal and protect the working environment of workers. We always solve practical problems for our customers’ production processes.
04 Horizontal Drum dryer
In the drying section, a horizontal drum dryer is used to transport wood sawdust by air. This advantage is that there is a primary screening function for wood sawdust, and only when the water content of wood sawdust is reduced to about 15%, it can be extracted. If it is a tilted drying cylinder, after the drying time, it will be forced out, and it cannot guarantee that the drying of wood sawdust has been completed. Wood chips and sawdust come from the nature and are often wet, so the drying effect is very important. As long as the drying effect of 15% is achieved, it can be conducive to granulation.
05 The front of the storage bin is equipped with tee-way
Emergency response. If the wood pellet processing equipment is faulty, the wood sawdust discharged from the dryer can be unloaded to the outside.

06 Storage bin for homogenizing
The storage bin behind the drying is equipped with a bottomless screw conveyor, which allows wood sawdust to evenly fill the storage bin. An air cannon and a level indicator are installed on the storage bin. The upper level indicator and the lower level indicator are used to observe the full or empty bin respectively.
07 Pelletizing section – buffer bin and cyclone
The buffer chamber makes the wood pellet machine uninterrupted and unblocked.
The Cyclone is connected to the wood stove pellet machine to help the water vapor in the wood sawdust and a small amount of wood sawdust to discharge, protecting the working environment of the wood pellet machine. The pelletizing section is the core section of wood pellet production. Our wood pellet machine selects quality materials and has first-class design to ensure the output and quality of wood pellet.
08 Finished product bin — slide device

Why did the customer want to build the wood pellet plant?
The Romanian customer has an environmental philosophy and has been putting it into action. The client is committed to the rational use of forest resources and has its own wood processing company.
