Drum Wood Chipper
Drum chippers can process logs, branches, and wood strips into thin chips of 2-4 cm, offering advantages such as high efficiency, high automation, uniform chipping, and strong adaptability. The RICHI drum chipper series offers six models to choose from, widely applicable in wood processing, pulp production, biomass energy, and other fields for processing wood raw materials.

Wood Pallet Chipper
Template crushers can crush wood waste such as nail-bearing wooden brackets, planks, and discarded furniture, offering advantages such as high crushing efficiency, good results, and stable operation. RICHI template crushers are available in seven models and can be widely used in wood processing, waste furniture treatment, biomass energy, and other fields.

Features Of Drum Wood Chipper
The drum chipper uses five sets of motors working together. These five motors control two sets of raw material gripping rollers, the external belt conveyor, the chipping rotor, the internal belt conveyor, and the hydraulic pump, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the equipment. In addition, it has the following advantages.
● The machine body is welded from high-strength steel plates, and the equipment shell has sufficient strength
● Specially customized bolts and pressure fastening structures ensure no blade displacement and safe equipment operation
● Both the throwing knife and the fixed knife are made of 6GrW2Si material and have undergone a quenching process, resulting in good blade hardness and wear resistance
● The equipment rotor undergoes dynamic balancing testing to ensure the stability and service life of the equipment during high-speed operation
● Equipped with a hydraulically assisted feeding system, it forces material crushing and prevents material slippage and backflow

Features Of Wood Pallet Chipper
The template crusher has a flatter and wider feed opening, allowing it to feed larger and wider materials, and can also handle materials with nails, thus offering a wider range of material processing capabilities. In addition, it has the following advantages.
● The hammerhead is made of high-strength alloy steel and undergoes quenching treatment, making it resistant to damage from nails and other metal parts in the raw materials
● All hammers are detachably fixed, facilitating future equipment maintenance and parts replacement

Vietnam Drum Wood Chipper Project
This project was established at a medium-sized timber processing plant in Vietnam, specializing in the processing of logs, branches, and lumber scraps.
The existing wood chipper no longer met the plant’s current capacity requirements and frequently malfunctioned, resulting in unsatisfactory chipping quality, uneven output, excessive dust, and high manual feeding intensity and efficiency. Significant issues with both capacity and quality were identified. After extensive research and comparison, the client chose our wood chipping equipment.
Our drum chipper features forced feeding, wear-resistant blade rollers, and a hydraulic system, making it well-suited for irregular raw materials and continuous high-load operation.
The client reported that after using the RICH machinery drum chipper, capacity increased to 6-8 tons per hour. The equipment operates stably and continuously, producing uniform and qualified wood chips with a dust rate of less than 5%. Australia Wood Pallet Chipper Projects
This project was established by a large construction waste recycling company in New South Wales, Australia, serving infrastructure projects in Sydney and Melbourne. The region has a mature market for construction demolition and formwork recycling, with large quantities of waste formwork, timber, pallets, and nailed timber requiring environmentally friendly and resource-based processing. It is estimated that the company processes over 20,000 tons of waste timber annually.
The client’s waste materials contained metal materials such as nails and wires. Ordinary crushing equipment was prone to jamming, the cutter head wore out rapidly, and the old equipment produced uneven particle sizes, making it unusable in many applications. Manual nail removal was costly, inefficient, and posed safety risks, necessitating the replacement of the old equipment.
They then approached us. Our formwork crusher perfectly met their needs, and a project plan was quickly finalized after communication. The project has been successfully in operation for nearly three months. The client has reported no malfunctions, and labor and equipment maintenance costs have been effectively controlled. WOOD CHIP HAMMER MILL
It can crush materials with a size of 5cm or less into powder. By changing the sieve, the size of the final crushed product can be controlled within the range of 0.5mm-20mm.
