Installation And Commissioning

Rich experience in global turnkey service projects
2-3T/H Full Automatic Wood Pellet Plant in Canada
On August 1, 2018, we established a 2-3T/H wood pellet production plant in Canada. The customer’s plant is 26m*20m*12m, which is a very small space. Therefore, in the case of meeting the production demand, we have specially optimized the design to adapt to the plant. Raw materials are 50% moisture wood chips and 50% moisture sawdust, and the pellet size is 6-12mm. The total power is around 200kw/h. Main equipment includes wood crusher, drum drying machine, MZLH520 sawdust pellet machine, cooling machine, automatic packing machine.
10T/H Animal Mash and Pellet Feed Production Line in Uzbekistan
We provided a turnkey service to the Uzbek customer, the project started on July 1, 2019, the installation period was 90 days, and we sent six engineers to assist in the installation. The project occupies a space of 30m*20m*25m, and the power is 520kw/h. The production line is equipped with galvanized silo, hammer mill, automatic batching system, pellet machine, cooler, crumbler, automatic packaging system, 1T/H gas type boiler, and so on. The customer mainly used to produce chicken feed pellet and chicken mash feed, and the customer was very satisfied with the quality and yield of pellet feed.
2-2.5 T/H Wood Pellet Plant in Romatic
The Romanian customer was looking for the right solution to convert the forest waste into energy. Eventually, building the 2-2.5T/H wood pellet plant in cooperation with us. And it’s working well so far.
RICHI Machinery has started to build a 2-2.5T/H wood pellet plant for a customer from Romania in August 2022. After the project went into production, the demand for wood pellet fuel in Europe also increased. The customer is very satisfied with the wood pellet plant and has made a profit.
