
ANIMAL MANURE PELLET MACHINE
An animal manure pellet machine is a machine specifically designed for processing animal manure. It is suitable for processing various types of animal manure and turning it into organic fertiliser pellets.
Through processes such as drying, extrusion, and granulation, it compresses moist or dry manure into uniformly sized cylindrical pellets, reducing odor emissions and facilitating storage, transportation, and application.
Furthermore, the high temperature and pressure during the granulation process kills most pathogens and insect eggs, improving the hygiene and safety of the fertilizer. The finished pellet fertilizer has stable nutrient content and good slow-release effect, and is widely used in agriculture, horticulture, and soil improvement. It is an important piece of equipment for turning waste into treasure and developing circular agriculture.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Working Principle of Animal Manure Pellet Machine
The moisture content of the fermented raw materials is adjusted to the optimal range of 13%-18%. The material is then fed into the granulation chamber of a pellet mill. A strong extrusion force is generated between the high-speed rotating pressure rollers and the ring die, forcing the material through the die holes to form the pellet. A cutter evenly cuts the material, which then proceeds to subsequent stages. The entire process requires no binder, making it simple and efficient.

INTRODUCTION TO ANIMAL MANURE PELLETIZING PRODUCTION LINE
A complete animal manure pelleting production line comprises multiple stages, including raw material collection and pretreatment, fermentation and composting, moisture content adjustment, extrusion pelleting, drying and cooling, and finished product packaging. We can customize production line solutions based on your actual production scale and raw material type to ensure efficient operation and maximum resource utilization.

Raw Material Pretreatment:
Raw material pretreatment is crucial. Manure with high moisture content requires dehydration and solid-liquid separation. Manure with many impurities needs to be removed. It’s essential to avoid metal, stones, and other impurities in the manure to ensure equipment safety.

Composting and Fermentation:
After dehydration and impurity removal, the manure needs to undergo 15-20 days of fermentation and maturation. Microorganisms decompose organic matter, kill pathogens, insect eggs, and weed seeds, and eliminate odors. Mature animal manure has stable organic matter and balanced nutrients, making it a high-quality raw material for producing fertilizer granules.

Crushing and Drying Stage:
Some manure materials require crushing to achieve the optimal granulation size. Manure with insufficient moisture content also needs a drying step; otherwise, overly wet raw materials will be difficult to form.

Mixing Stage:
Depending on the organic fertilizer formula, the treated animal manure needs to be precisely mixed with other auxiliary materials such as straw powder, peat moss, and trace elements in a set ratio, and then fed into a mixer for thorough mixing.

Extrusion Granulation:
The treated material is conveyed into a ring die granulator. High-speed rotating rollers and the ring die generate strong extrusion force, forcing the material through the die holes to form uniform cylindrical granules. The granules are then cut by a cutter.

Cooling and Screening:
The freshly made granules are very hot and need to be cooled and shaped. After cooling, they are screened by a vibrating screen to remove debris and powder, retaining only qualified fertilizer granules. The screened debris can be returned to the granulation process for reprocessing.

Finished Product Packaging:
Qualified granules are packaged according to specified specifications using a finished product packaging scale.
