1995——Focus on the research and development of pellet equipment and start the road to brand development

Founded in 1995, RICHI Manufacture focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of pellet processing equipment. It continuously conducts technical research around core processes such as crushing, mixing, and pelletizing, and gradually establishes a production system covering the design, manufacturing, and quality control of single equipment, laying a solid technical and manufacturing foundation for the company's development.

2000 – Continuously improve the product system and enrich equipment categories

Over the past five years, the research and development and manufacturing of core equipment have progressed smoothly. The next five-year plan is to focus on the entire particle processing process, and gradually improve core equipment such as crushing, drying, mixing, granulation, cooling and packaging, so as to gradually form a product system covering the entire production line.

2005 – Layout of complete plant projects, providing one-stop solutions

Between 1995 and 2005, as its product line continued to improve, RICHI began to transform from supplying single equipment to providing complete plant engineering services. It can provide customers with complete solutions such as process design, equipment configuration, plant layout, installation and commissioning to meet the construction needs of feed mills of different sizes.

2008 – Promoting intelligent manufacturing and improving equipment quality

Following its foray into the feed sector, RICHI has begun to expand into the biomass sector, while continuously upgrading its production and manufacturing processes, introducing advanced processing equipment, optimizing its quality management system, and constantly improving the precision of equipment manufacturing, assembly quality, and overall operational stability to ensure the delivery of global projects.

2012 – Moving Towards the Global Market and Accelerating International Development

From 2005 to 2012, RICHI actively expanded into overseas markets, with its products entering Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and South America. Targeting the raw material characteristics, production standards, and investment needs of different countries, RICHI continuously optimized equipment configurations and engineering solutions, accumulating rich experience in international projects.

2016 – Deepen global project practices and accumulate rich engineering experience

With the increasing number of overseas projects, RICHI has accumulated rich international engineering experience in fields such as feed and biomass, and has formed a standardized project delivery system covering solution design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning and technical training, providing more targeted pellet production solutions for global customers.

2018 – Expanding Diversified Businesses and Improving Pellet Industry Layout

From 2012 to 2018, building upon its continued expertise in feed and biomass engineering, RICHI further expanded into aquaculture, organic fertilizer, animal bedding, and pet food, forming a comprehensive pellet processing equipment and complete production line solution covering various raw materials, processes, and products.

2022 – Global Projects Covering Over 100 Countries and Regions

From 2018 to 2022, leveraging its mature engineering experience and comprehensive product system, RICHI's business rapidly developed, with global projects covering over 100 countries and regions. These projects are widely applied in feed, biomass, organic fertilizer, animal bedding, and pet food, continuously gaining global customer recognition.
