Features Of Drum Wood Chipper
The drum wood chipper operates with five motor groups, each controlling a specific component: two sets of material feed rollers, the external belt conveyor, the chipper rotor, the internal belt conveyor, and the hydraulic pump. Together, these ensure efficient and stable operation of the equipment. Additionally, the drum chipper has the following advantages:
● The body is welded with high-strength steel plates, ensuring the housing has sufficient strength
● Custom-made bolts and pressure fastening structures ensure that the blades remain fixed, guaranteeing safe operation of the equipment
● Both the flying and fixed knives are made of 6GrW2Si material and undergo a quenching process, providing excellent hardness and wear resistance
● The equipment’s rotor is dynamically balanced to ensure stability and prolong the service life during high-speed operation
● Equipped with a hydraulic-assisted feeding system, it forcibly crushes materials to prevent slipping and reverse feeding

Features Of Wood Pallet Chipper
The template crusher has a wider and flatter feed opening, allowing for larger and broader materials to be fed in. It can also handle materials with nails, offering greater adaptability for various types of materials. Additionally, the template crusher has the following advantages:

Vietnam Drum Wood Chipper Project
This project was established at a medium-sized wood processing factory in Vietnam, which mainly processes logs, branches, and board edge scraps.
The old wood chipper was no longer able to meet the factory’s current production capacity needs, and frequent malfunctions led to unsatisfactory chip quality, uneven output, excessive dust, and inefficient manual feeding. The production capacity and product quality were not up to standard. After thorough research and comparison, the customer chose our wood chipping equipment.
Our drum chipper, equipped with forced feeding, wear-resistant roller knives, and a hydraulic system, is highly adaptable to irregular raw materials and continuous high-load operation.
Customer feedback: After using the RICHI drum chipper, the production capacity increased to 6-8T/H. The equipment runs stably and continuously, producing uniform and qualified wood chips with a sawdust rate of less than 5%. In six months of continuous use, no unexpected breakdowns have occurred, maintenance is simple and cost-effective, and the customer is highly satisfied with the project.
Australia Wood Pallet Chipper Projects
This project was established at a large construction waste recycling company in New South Wales, Australia, serving infrastructure projects in Sydney and Melbourne. The construction demolition and formwork recycling market in this region is well-established, with a large volume of waste formwork, timber, pallets, and wood with nails requiring environmentally friendly recycling, processing over 20,000 tons of waste wood annually.
After assessing the customer’s needs, we found that the waste materials contained nails and metal parts. Ordinary crushers often jammed, wore down quickly, and produced uneven output. Manual nail removal was costly, inefficient, and posed safety risks, prompting the need to replace their old equipment.
