The core operating principle of a bamboo pellet machine is to gradually compress and shape pre-treated bamboo chip powder under high temperature and high pressure, ultimately producing dense, regular, and energy-efficient cylindrical fuel pellets.
- First, the crushed bamboo chips are evenly fed into the conditioning system. During the conditioning process, steam or an appropriate amount of water is added to adjust the humidity of the bamboo chips. The high temperature softens some of the lignin, enhancing the bonding between the bamboo chips and creating ideal conditions for subsequent high-pressure extrusion.
- The material then enters the pelletizing chamber. During this process, rollers exert tremendous pressure, forcing the bamboo chips into the die holes. As the material continues to pass through the die holes, the bamboo chip fibers are gradually compressed under the high temperature and high pressure, forming dense pellets.
- Finally, the formed pellets are cut into specified lengths outside the die holes, ensuring uniform appearance and consistent size.
