1. Protective Cover
By using 2mm steel plate and one-piece molding, our machine can be not easily to deformed. This design helps prevent the drive shaft from getting stuck and significantly extends the machine’s lifespan—up to 10 times longer than conventional designs.
3. Precision Gap Control
The pelletizing chamber uses a wear-resistant stainless steel liner, precise gap control between rollers and ring die. Moreover, the side-mounted inspection ports for easy maintenance and consistent pellet size.
2. Multi-layer Conditioner
The single-shaft paddles are manufactured using forging technology, which enhances their wear resistance and durability. 4. Enlarge Gearbox
