The drum chipping machine is mainly used for processing large-sized raw wood materials such as logs, branches, and wood strips. It crushes them to produce chip wood pieces with a size of 20-40mm.
Wood Chipper
It can also be called a multi-functional wood chopper. Its main function is to crush smaller-sized logs, branches, wood chips and other types of wood into wood chips with a size ranging from 0.5mm to 30mm.
Water Droplet Pulverizer
This is used for more precise processing of wood raw materials. It can crush wood raw materials that are 5 centimeters or smaller into powder ranging from 0.5 to 20 millimeters.
Template Crusher
It is mainly designed for processing wider and flatter wood materials. It can crush wood waste such as nailed wooden boards, wooden supports, and discarded furniture into pieces ranging from 2 to 4 centimeters in size.
Log Peeling Machine
The log peeling machine can efficiently remove the bark, remove impurities and the outer rotten parts, making the logs cleaner and more regular, which is convenient for subsequent processing and use.
Wood Splitter
The wood splitter is mainly used to process larger logs and split them into smaller pieces of wood, making it convenient for direct use or further fine grinding.
WORKING PRINCIPLE AND PARAMETERS OF THE DRUM CHIPPER
The drum chipper is a device that uses a high-speed rotating drum-shaped cutter to cut wood. It relies on the feeding system to deliver materials stably, enabling continuous cutting and uniform chip production from logs, branches, and other types of wood.
Hydraulic-assisted feeding, automatic adjustment of roller spacing, and prevention of slipping and material backflow.
The liquid nitrogen pressure tank acts as a pressure divider, assisting the hydraulic rod in lifting.

WORKING PRINCIPLE AND PARAMETERS OF THE WOOD CHIPPER
This multi-functional wood chipping machine features both a chopper and a hammer. Under the influence of the feeding system, the wood material is steadily sent into the crushing area. Through the combined action of the cutting blades and the hammer plates, the wood material is continuously crushed, gradually processed into uniform wood chips. The size of the sieve holes can be customized.
The main rotor has undergone dynamic balance testing. At 2900 rpm, the deviation is ≤ 5g, which helps reduce noise, vibration and extend the service life.
It is equipped with both a cutter and a hammer. The hammerhead is hardened with 65# manganese steel and is reinforced with tungsten carbide welding for enhanced wear resistance.

WORKING PRINCIPLE AND PARAMETERS OF WATER DROPLET PULVERIZER
The high-speed rotor drives the hammer blades to impact and shear the materials, achieving rapid crushing. The crushed materials are screened through the sieve, and the qualified particles are discharged through the outlet, while the unqualified ones are recycled for further crushing until they reach the set particle size.
The advanced droplet-shaped grinding chamber design and the reasonable secondary grinding structure have led to a 25% increase in output compared to other models.
The rotor can operate in both forward and reverse directions, and the hammer blades have a longer service life.

WORKING PRINCIPLE AND PARAMETERS OF THE TEMPLATE CRUSHER
The template crusher mainly relies on the high-speed rotation of the hammer heads to perform powerful impacts and crushing on the used templates. After the materials enter the crushing chamber, they are gradually broken down under the repeated hammering, shearing, and tearing actions of the hammer heads. At the same time, the rebound effect of the inner liner plates in the chamber further enhances the crushing efficiency.

The project was established in Indonesia. The client is engaged in the production of paper raw materials. The raw materials include a large amount of logs and timber harvested from forest areas. The tree bark is abundant and the impurity content is high.
