How Does It Work?
The core principle of the feed granulator machine is to use mechanical pressure and appropriate heat to press powdered feed raw materials into uniform and compact granular feed.
The production process begins with feeding. First, corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, and various nutritional additives are fed into the feed inlet through a forced feeder and mixed with steam in the conditioner for heating. This step not only softens the raw materials but also improves the palatability and digestibility of the feed, while enhancing the hardness and durability of the pellets.
The softened materials are sent to the granulation chamber, where the high-speed rotating rollers will forcefully press them into the die holes. After the raw materials are extruded out of the die holes, they form uniform cylindrical pellets. The adjustable cutting knives outside the mold will cut the pellets into different lengths as needed.
The cut pellets are discharged through the outlet, cooled by the cooler, and then enter the packaging stage or are directly used for poultry, livestock, and aquatic animal feeding.
This granulation process not only ensures uniform pellet size and balanced nutritional distribution, but also effectively reduces feed waste and improves the feeding conversion rate.
