How to produce straw pellets?
From the different forms of straw to the packed straw pellets, a complete straw pellet production line is needed. Because of the different states of raw materials, their pre-treatment stages are also different.

How does a straw pellet machine work?
The straw pellet machine is used in the pelletizing section of the straw pellet production line, to process 3-5mm straw powder into 6-12mm high-density straw pellets.
Crushed straws enter the feeder of the straw pellet mill from the pelletizing bin (the feeder with frequency conversion and anti-arching function). Then the feeder sends the materials into the chute evenly. After entering the chute, the materials enter the inside of the granulation chamber under the joint action of gravity and the forced feeder. Then, the centrifugal force generated by the rotating ring die and the feeding scraper send the straw powder into the extrusion area. After continuous extrusion by the ring die and rollers, the columnar straw is discharged from the die hole. Finally, it is cut into straw pellets by the cutter.
- Anti-caking feeder: prevent the light materials such as grass, straw and wood chips from arching, prevent the machine from clogging, and help to improve the production efficiency.
- The best condition of material entering the straw pellet maker: 15% moisture content, 3-5mm, and evenly distributed straw powder. The capacity, quality and molding rate of straw pellets are closely related to the materials entering the straw pellet maker.
- The temperature of straw pellets from the straw pellet machine: about 80℃.
