MIXER WORKING PRINCIPLE & SPECIFICATIONS
On the cattle feed mixing equipment, we have a dual-axis blade mixer, a single-axis double-layer blade mixer, Single ribbon mixer, and a double-screw belt mixer. Although the purposes of these four mixers are all to uniformly mix different feed raw materials, they have significant differences in structure, movement mode, and mixing principle.

Dual-axis paddle mixer
The interior of the dual-axis paddle mixer contains two main shafts rotating in opposite directions, with a large number of paddles installed on each shaft.
When the two shafts rotate at high speed, the blades throw the materials up into the air. The materials then roll, cross and mix in the air, achieving rapid and uniform mixing.
It features rapid mixing speed and high uniformity, and can be used for mixing of viscous materials.

Single-axis double-layer blade mixer
It has only one main shaft and double-layer blades are installed.
By relying on the rotation of the main shaft, the blades push the material to undergo circular motion, thereby creating rolling and convection to achieve mixing. Since it is a single-axis system, the mixing intensity is slightly lower than that of a dual-axis system.
It has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost and convenient maintenance. It can mix various materials such as powdery, granular, blocky and viscous substances.

Double-screw mixer
The inner and outer double layers of screws form a bidirectional transportation, featuring flexibility and high efficiency.
When the double helical mixer is in operation, the outer helical blade pushes the materials towards both ends, while the inner helical blade pulls the materials towards the center. This creates a cyclic convection pattern. At the same time, the materials continuously roll, shear and mix, ultimately achieving a uniform mixing result.
It is widely used in small and medium-sized feed mills and has a very good mixing effect on powdered materials.

Single screw mixer
After the single screw mixer is started, the main shaft drives the internal screw to rotate at high speed. The outer screw pushes the materials to both sides. The internal materials continuously tumble and circulate, creating a convective mixture. During the continuous tumbling process, a uniform mixing effect is achieved.
The equipment has a compact structure and is easy to maintain, making it suitable for the needs of small and medium-sized feed processing.
